Key Stage 2 results – July 2025

Our July 2025 Key Stage 2 results show strong outcomes in reading, writing and mathematics.

77% of pupils met the expected standard in reading, writing and maths combined. This was above both the local authority average of 59% and the England average of 62%.

15% of pupils achieved the higher standard in reading, writing and maths combined. This compared with 6% across the local authority and 8% nationally.

In the individual tests, pupils achieved an average scaled score of 107 in reading, compared with 104 locally and 106 nationally. In mathematics, the school’s average scaled score was also 107, compared with 104 for the local authority and 105 across England.

Overall, the 2025 results show that pupils at St Faith and St Martin performed above local authority and national averages across all four of these headline measures.
