Our work with the teaching school hub

The L.E.A.D. teaching school hub team, shared that one of the most frequent requests from schools that they encounter, or support, is to visit centres of excellence. We all know the benefits of seeing real examples of good practice and building a culture of collaboration and professional generosity across Lincolnshire. We were asked given our current position as high performing school who demonstrates professional generosity, if it is something we would like to explore further with them and a group of other schools in the same position.

We agreed :) And offer visits to our school coordinated through the teaching school hub. We offer visitors a chance to support and reflect on our own school's journey as we look to share ideas and grow a community of sharing best practice.
